The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of NYC, making it easy to access attractions like Central Park and Times Square. While the rooms were clean, they felt a bit barebones and could use more amenities to enhance comfort. The staff made a significant impact on our stay with their helpful and friendly attitude, particularly Quimby, who went above and beyond to make our experience special. However, some facilities like the ice machine were out of order, which was inconvenient.
My stay had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to many city attractions, and I found the staff to be quite attentive at times. However, my room was uncomfortably warm and I had issues with noise that affected my sleep. It’s a shame that the service sometimes felt lacking, especially during peak hours. Overall, it’s a mixed bag for the price.
